新しくサイト作ろうと思ったんだけど、最近 WordPress ばっかで飽きてきたので、自称 Pythonista としては Python製のCMSだろｊｋということで Plone を使うことにした。ここ一年ぐらい Python 書いてないお・・・

Plone とは

最大の魅力はインストールが終わったらすぐに使える「Out of The Box (OOTB)」ソリューションであることです。WYSIWYGエディタを搭載したコンテンツマネジメント・システムであることはもちろん、高度なワークフローやページ、画像、ファイルと多彩なコンテンツの登録や発行管理、さらにはサイト内の全文検索もそのまま利用できます。イントラネットでのナレッジ共有はもちろん、豊富なコンテンツを擁する大規模なインターネットサイトのコンテンツマネジメントでも真価を発揮します。

Plone

まーなんだ、Python 製の使いやすい CMS だという事らしい。というわけでインストールしてみよう。

インストール

$ wget https://launchpad.net/plone/4.1/4.1.5/+download/Plone-4.1.5-UnifiedInstaller-20120604.tgz
$ tar zxvf Plone-4.1.5-UnifiedInstaller-20120604.tgz
$ cd Plone-4.1.5-UnifiedInstaller/

README でインストール方法を確認。

For a super-user (root) installation
------------------------------------
If you run the installation with root privileges, it will install
Python/Zope/Plone to /usr/local/Plone
A "plone" user will be added, and Zope will be configured to
run under that user id. You will need to start Zope as root or via sudo.
To install Plone 4.1 in a stand-alone (single Zope instance) configuration:
* cd to the installer directory and issue the following command:
>--->> sudo ./install.sh standalone (or `su; ./install.sh standalone` on a sudo-less system)
To install Plone 4.1 in a ZEO Cluster (ZEO server, 2 clients) configuration:
* cd to the installer directory and issue the following command:
>--->> sudo ./install.sh zeo (or `su; ./install.sh zeo` on a sudo-less system)

ここは standalone でいこう。
ちなみにルート権限でインストールすべきと書いてあるが非ルートでも実行はできる。

$ sudo yum install patch
$ sudo yum install openssl-devel
$ sudo ./install.sh standalone

インストールに必要なプログラムが無い場合、その旨出力してインストーラは終了する。今回の場合は patch と openssl-devel が必要だった。

インストールは多少時間がかかる。インストール終了すると以下のように表示される。

(For install problems, specify component "Installer (Unified)")

Username と Password はメモっておこう。

$ sudo /usr/local/Plone/zinstance/bin/plonectl start
instance: . . .
daemon process started, pid=11465

動いた。デフォルトではポートは 8080 です。

これでいろいろいじれる。
